Creativity and New Media

 



With New technology era we live in, it made it more accessible for information to pass on. I'm the director of marketing in the Uzbek Students Association (UZSA) club in Baruch. My job is to create websites and posters for a new event, spread information through social media, and update websites. Since childhood, I have always been creative, and now I can apply my creativity to new technology.

    I agree. Technology has evolved so much that it allows many people to really embrace/ show off their creativity. I think it's great that we have so many options at our fingertips, because we can create anything we want.

The virtual world is a computer artificial environment that can be filled with many users who can create a personal avatar and simultaneously explore the virtual world, participate in its activities, and communicate with other people. Compare and contrast blogs and wikis. Comment on the importance of convergence in today's networked world. How can blogs be used for collaboration? Can you think of a new use for a wiki that has not been done yet? Firstly, a blog is something you have to create a website or web page where a person regularly writes opinions, links to other sites, etc. Shares ideas, and viewers can comment on it. Wiki is a website or database developed jointly by the user community that allows anyone to add and edit content. A wiki has some specific features that it works with; for example, it invites all users to edit any page or create new pages on the wiki. It allows anyone to contribute to the topic.
