Twitter is a platform where you can express your feelings. There's no wrong answer, and everyone can write about anything. There are no rules besides 250 characters. You can agree or disagree with anything. Where in Blackboard Discussion are more professional, and you must follow Professor guideline. You may disagree with the students' arguments and express your feeling. But it would be best if you did the assignment to get a grade later. In-class discussions are more engaged and relevant based on the current discussion. They are not a lot of time to think, answer, or add your opinion.
